I want to put you on the fast track of a old treatment that has been found to have incredible effects which have been underappreciated in the past. I know for a fact that the benefits of this treatment will blow by those of the GLP-1’s (semiglutide or tirzepetide). It is unclear why it has taken so long to truly appreciate the benefits but, believe me, they are real.
If you are able to get in on the IPO, if this becomes available, I would put all you have into it. Well, if you are older I would not put all you have into it but, definitely a large portion of whatever you have. Please realize that I am not a financial advisor but I am a health advisor and I know when something like this is going to explode. I would say that it is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. Listen, I am not trying to sell you a time share or tout Emus as the next greatest red meat substitute, which will change the beef market forever. I am not trying to get you to believe that the central valley will surpass Mexico as the greatest tequila maker (Sorry, I mean agave-because it can only be marketed as tequila when it is grown in Mexico) so now is the time to start planting. I am telling you this is a for sure thing and you need to get on it now!! The amazing part is that it is “all natural” and has wide ranging benefits for not only physical health but mental health as well. For all or you biohackers out there who are into peptides, steroids, supplements and longevity, this outperforms all of those combined. And there are multiple placebo controlled double blind studies to prove it. It is crazy!!
Cardiovascular benefits: The literature on these benefits is incredible and these are some of the most important benefits because we are likely to die from stroke or heart attack followed by cancer (which this treatment has also been found to reduce that risk as well!!) It has been found to decrease your risk of heart disease by lowering blood pressure, increasing your cardiac function and decreased risk of heart failure. It also increases your circulation therefore decreasing your risk of peripheral vascular disease as well as vascular dementia caused by small vessel disease. The cardiovascular benefits have been proven to be equivalent to the benefits seen with the use of statins (cholesterol lower medication) and anti-hypertensives (blood pressure medications) combined without the potential side effects. The main side effect with this treatment are myalgias (muscle aches) and lethargy (fatigue) but only if it is overused.
Metabolic benefits: This treatment can optimize your metabolism by increasing the efficiency of all of your cells. It increases your insulin sensitivity reducing your risk of developing diabetes by as much as 50%!! There is not another treatment available today that even comes close to this!! This promotes and aids in weight loss by increasing your metabolism. It also increases you testosterone levels in men and women ultimately making you stronger and countering the sarcopenia (muscle loss) that come with aging.
Muscular Strength: As I referred to above, it increases your strength and by default, increases you bone density therefore decreased risk of osteoporosis and associated risks of hip and spinal fractures. It helps with increasing joint laxity and flexibility decreasing your risks of injuries when you are active or have a slip or fall. It has been found to reduce the risk of falling as well.
Immune System Benefits: It provides several benefits to the immune system. It enhances immune system surveillance, increasing the circulation of immune cells like T cells and macrophages, improving the bodies ability to detect and fight pathogens. It provides anti-inflammatory effects which has been found to reduce chronic inflammation which improves immune function and reduces the risk of illness. It provides stress reduction by reducing stress hormones like cortisol which has been been found to suppress immune responses if elevated over time. Improving sleep quality which has been proven to crucial for your immune health. It prevent chronic disease by lowering the risk of diseases such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease . When the body as a whole is healthy the immune system is optimized to work better as well.
Cognitive Function: This treatment has been found to be increase cognitive function, increasing memory capabilities including improving attention and reduces the natural decline that occurs with the aging process as well as decreasing your risk of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. The mechanism for the benefits are muti-factorial. This treatment is know to increase blood flow, boosting circulation, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the brain which helps support neuronal health. It promotes neurogenesis, by stimulating the production of brain derived neutrophic factor (BDNF), which promotes the growth of new neurons and enhancing synaptic plasticity, which is critical for learning and memory. Inflammation reduction which can protect against cognitive decline. Again, it reduces stress (stress is a silent killer) by reducing cortisol and increasing the production of endorphins improving mood and cognitive clarity. It improves your sleep which is vital for memory consolidation and cognitive performance. Lastly , it increases levels of neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which influence mood , attention and cognitive function as well.
Decreases Cancer Risk: It does this by regulating hormones such as insulin, estrogen, and growth factors, which can contribute to cancer development when elevated. It reduces inflammation which has been linked to cancer progression. It improves the immune function that I had previously mentioned, which enhances the immune systems ability to detect and destroy cancerous cells (similar to the newer biologic medications that use our immune system to destroy cancer cells without having the side effects of chemotherapy strategies that had been used previously). It optimizes weight management reducing the risks of cancers associated with obesity, such as breast colorectal and endometrial cancers. It also enhances healthy digestion reducing the time potential carcinogens stay in the digestive tract, lowering the risk of colorectal cancer.
Increase longevity: Ultimately this is the result of all of the above factors that I had mentioned. When your heart is in better shape, this increases your circulation lowering blood pressure and lessening the likelihood of developing cardiovascular disease. The metabolic benefits improves your insulin sensitivity reducing the risk of developing diabetes which substantially increases your risk of a premature demise. Weight management lowers the risk of obesity related conditions , including certain cancers. It benefits cellular health by improving mitochondrial function and reducing oxidative stress which is know to slow the aging process.
So when will this, not so novel therapy, be available for purchase and use? How much will it cost? One would assume that with all of these proven benefits it will be more expensive that all other therapies that are available. The GLP-1’s started off at ~$1500 a month and no one really flinched when it came to paying for them. Well, they may have grimaced a bit because that is still a lot of money to pay for weight loss when all you really have do is eat less. It is like paying $300 a month for a trainer when all you have to do is go to a gym but the trainer makes you accountable. Hell, its like paying a doctor $250 a month to tell you how to stay healthy when you know what it takes or should at least have and idea:) Well here is the little secret, it is going to be free because it is free right now. I am sure you are aware that this seems too good to be true but it is not. It is the benefits of EXERCISE!!!!! You know, the thing that I tell you do do every time I see all of you. I ask you to start with 20 minutes a day three days a week (Just an hour out of your week) and here is the embarrassing part. If you hit that goal your will be classified as the top 10% of physically active individuals above age 35. That is how inactive we are as a society currently. To get the optimum out of exercise the recommended “dosage” would be 150 minutes per week (2.5 hours). That is all it takes to get the total package I described. It is an investment but well worth it. It is not easy and is daunting at first but if you make it a habit, dedicating time and certain days to do it you will thank me and yourself later.
Just like any other therapy it does come with warnings just like the package insert that you get with all of your medication. You know that phone book of information that your pharmacist hands you with every prescription. The most important warning is to clear with your physician whether or not you can start exercising. You have to be healthy enough to exercise before you can get the benefits of exercise. It would be like taking a car that has been sitting in a garage for over 20 years, never being ran and trying to start it after jump starting it, then jumping on the accelerator. You have to change the fluids, kick the tires, clean the windshield before you take it out on the road and jump on it. Because overexertion without proper guidance may lead to injury. Another kernel of advice is to start off slow. Maybe 10 minutes a day three days a week then slowly increase it. Also, do not make a mountain out of a mole hill. If you try to commit too much time to it it becomes a deterrent because there will the excuse of “not having enough time”. When I do not feel like going to the gym, I have a backup regimen that isn’t as intense or I will just take my dog for a walk. Just do something to keep the ball rolling. Lastly, do an exercise you like or an exercise that you hate the least. You got this. Have fun out there. “If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health.”–Hippocrates. “Sweat is your fat Crying”–Unknown. .
